Products 'In Stock' or once label is created, will leave our warehouse within 1-5 Business days; we ship out packages every Wednesday & Friday.
As a small business we prioritize shipping your product ASAP but may encounter human error or delays; especially during peak order times/holidays. For orders past 7 BUSINESS days with no update, contact our EMAIL or call us!
It is required to inspect your package within 5 Business days or as soon as it arrives to you; take pictures of the exterior/interior of the shipping box, packaging materials and item itself if damage is noted. If you fail to do so, most claims will automatically be denied; no exceptions.
*If there is damage on the item or lost package, we ask for your cooperation while we file an insurance claim. No partial refund for repair estimates or full refunds will be given until we are reimbursed by the insurance company (no exceptions). Per the insurance company, this can take between 2-8 weeks to resolve. A full refund will only be provided if the insurance company completes a full pay out and/or a large partial refund will be provided by the insurance company if damage is noted for repair costs.

*All exterior JCF products require professional installation. Some minor adjustments may be needed for installation. Please ensure to test fit your product before installing, Any product that shows/has been installed, modified or damaged will be denied an exchange or refund. All Carbon Fiber or exterior products are hand crafted and no two items will be exactly the same. Small imperfections such as minor waves in the carbon weaves, tiny air bubbles, and clear coat imperfections are inevitable. Over time, any Carbon Fiber product(regardless of manufacturer) may have it's clear coat fade/change color based on exposure to the sun or weather elements and how you maintain your product; these are not a manufacturing defect.
