JCF Shipping Insurance is offered in order to protect your purchase against loss, theft & great damage while in transit to your location. Shipping Insurance provides the customer a Resolution in the form of store credit, partial/full reimbursement or to have your order remade. JCF Insurance is Non-Refundable, however, if Order is Remade then Insurance will be Covered for the Second Order. Every order will be emailed and shipped with a tracking number and proof of delivery by the Shipping Company. Shipping Insurance Offers the Customer Security on their Purchase, if Insurance is removed, JCF is not liable for any of the mentioned events. Note, we do not cover item 'porch' theft or possible 'fraud' insurance claims after delivery; we reserve the right to deny a claim if made after 7 Business Days w/out contact or Found to be a Fraud Claim. All Items are Fully Inspected Prior to Shipping w/out Damage from our Warehouse; total/moderate damaged items will be 100% covered while minimal/cosmetic small damage may be subject to Partial Reimbursements/Store Credit.
