    The total time only takes a few weeks for the steering wheel to be produced & shipped. However, our full timeline can be found here and we strongly encourage you to review this prior to purchasing a steering wheel:

    Due to limitations from the Shopify website platform, we can only mark an order as fulfilled once we actually put the item into production. However, you will receive an actual tracking number once the item is shipped from our warehouse to your location. Further details regarding steering wheel updates can be found here:

    We have partnered with ROUTE Shipping Insurance & strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout (insurance will be automatically added to your cart). Jalisco's CarbonFiber is NOT responsible for any damages caused by shipping, stolen packages or packages lost in transit, by removing ROUTE Insurance at checkout you are acknowledging this disclaimer and accepting the risk of the factors mentioned above.     You will receive an email from ROUTE Insurance after making your purchase with us. In most cases, they will provide a product replacement or full refund. In that email, you will find a step by step guide to file a claim. Note, on some instances we may require a damaged product to be returned in order for us to ship out a new replacement (we will provide a return label).
