Please complete the following to avoid having your order refunded:
- Please ensure your registered information of your payment card is same as the billing information
- Use correct CVV Number of your card; 3 digits on back of your card
- Reduce your risk of fraud analysis by having Billing/Shipping address in the same State
- Ensure you're shipping address is located within 48 States and is also NOT a PO Box
We will automatically refund your order if any of the following occurs:
- If we attempt to contact you regarding the risk of fraud issue and no response is provided within 24 hrs
- Our Shopify website security system marks your payment as an increased risk of fraud
WE DO NOT believe any customer is purposely attempting to submit a fraud payment or chargeback, however as a business we must protect ourselves against possible chargeback or fraud payments. Unfortunately we must have a standard policy versus attempting to pick and choose which payment may be a risk of fraud. We again THANK you and appreciate your support.
As a small business, we try to put the customer first with every interaction, however as a small business we try to be fair and accommodating with issues on orders that are out of our control. We do ask for your cooperation, as we will file a claim with UPS for the damages incurred
All Orders that are lost or severely damaged due to shipping WILL NEED TO HAVE A CLAIM FILED VIA UPS! No Exceptions. In order to to be Reimbursed Jalisco's CarbonFiber will open a claim with UPS to investigate the issue AND to be reimbursed for the product that was insured. UPS Claim Investigations can take up to 2 weeks to be resolved. If the claim takes longer than 14 BUSINESS days, we will refund you prior to UPS completing their claim
