Once the package is shipped, the timeline for delivery is less than 1 week; Please utilize tracking to monitor the progress of shipping and delivery for your product as this timeline can vary. We do not have control/affect shipping once in transit via UPS.

You will be Fully Refunded if order arrives to you or us damaged or is lost in transit to you or us.
All items come Clear coated from our Manufacturer, please read our warranty policy listed down below on specifications of coverage. We do not cover delamination, bubbling or other damage caused due to heat. If any major quality issues are noted within 30 days of delivery, you will be partially refunded $100-150.
As of 11/8/22, Pre-Order purchases include Freight Shipping to a BUSINESS LOCATION of your choosing. Freight Shipping to a RESIDENTIAL LOCATION is extra, $100-150 on average. FREE Local Pickup is available. Your item will arrive in a large palletized box that is heavy and we recommend 2 people to handle item for safety. We strongly recommend having order delivered to a business address, if you provide a Residential address attempting to have a business rate you will be charged the difference in shipping costs.
Conclusion: We appreciate your business and will always be 100% transparent with our customers. As a small business we treat every customer's hard earned penny with respect. Please only complete a Pre-Order Purchase if you agree to our Policy, we will not be answering emails like 'Any update? How is the order going?' BUT feel free to email us for an update between the 16 week mark. We will contact you regardless once your order is unpackaged and ready to be palletized for shipping. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS RECOMMENDED/REQUIRED
We do not cover damage caused by customers during installation or due to Heat/Sun damage. Products are lightly UV coated.
With the current limitation of Carbon Fiber Technology, it is impossible to guarantee that imperfections or 'bubbling' will not occur with handmade Hoods/Trunks/Fenders and other exterior items when considering the effect of Heat from the Vehicle/environment. Re-Clearing and Ceramic Coating your product can protect it from the environment and Refresh the look of your product but will not guarantee to avoid these issues.
All exterior product purchases are Final Sale/No Return.
It is required to inspect your package within 5 Business days or as soon as it arrives to you; take pictures of the exterior/interior of the shipping box, packaging materials and item itself if damage is noted. If you fail to do so, most claims will automatically be denied; no exceptions.
